Rodney has worked in various leadership roles for over two decades in healthcare administration. Before joining Onpoint, he was the Chief Operating Officer for Mercy Health in St. Louis, where he was responsible for four hospitals across two states and 150+ physician practices.

Justin Yang
Partner, Pharma Services and Healthcare IT, Peloton
Justin is a Partner at Peloton Equity, specializing in Pharma Services and Healthcare IT segments. Previously, he was a Partner at Ferrer Freeman & Company (FFC), Peloton’s predecessor firm. Before joining FFC, Justin worked at UBS Investment Bank, focusing on healthcare investment banking.
Sean Carroll
CEO, Fluent
Sean Carroll has led grown Healthcare technology, service and data businesses over the last 35+ years. In addition to his CEO post at fluent, he serves as executive chair for optimize health and non-executive chair for Onpoint Healthcare Partners (Peloton investment). Sean is also the former CEO and Executive chair of arcadia. He is also an Operating Partner for Peloton.

Stephen Gentry is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Onpoint Healthcare Partners, Inc., a role he assumed in January, 2024. In this capacity, Stephen is responsible for overseeing the company’s financial strategy, planning and analysis.

Russell Siebert is a seasoned healthcare industry professional with over three decades of experience in healthcare IT, consulting, and services. His expertise spans big data analytics, clinical cycle management, population health, and revenue cycle management.

Jason Cochran is the Director of IT and Implementation at Onpoint Healthcare Partners, with over 11 years of experience at NEA Clinic as Director of Information Technology and EMR Coordinator.
